Gateway NMRA Model Train Meet and Train Show

The Annual Gateway Division NMRA Model Train Meet and Model & Photo Contest will be held November 11, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with home layout tours in the evening.

This year, we are at a new location: VFW Post 5691, 1234 Vandalia, Collinsville, IL 62234.

Admission: $8 per adult.
Children under 12 are free (with adults).

• Bring your model railroading questions - we'll give you the answers!
• Bring your models to enter the contests.
• Bring your model railroad or prototype train photos to enter the photo contests.
• Mini presentations on the hour and half-hour: scales, track, and scenery.
• Special hands-on activities for children (big children, too!).
• Special grand prize drawings. Lots of door prizes.
• Browse the swap tables for the model you're looking for.
• Go on self-guided tours of local model railroad layouts in the evening.
• Vote for your favorite models and photos.
• See small and modular layouts on display.
• A lunch vendor will be on-site for when you get hungry.
